Marta is such a joy - very loyal, very calm, loving and very versatile. She has been shown lightly, mainly supporting the shows in the South West, with of course, a two-year gap due to puppies and Covid.  She has done well, winning the Open Bitch class at Crufts in 2022; a big surprise and a delight for us! 

Our first gundog training, when she was 18 months old, saw her quickly attaining The Gundog Club Grade 1 HPR Field Test.  During the 2022/23 season we worked on our first shoot, which she loved. Notwithstanding the above and her producing and raising her beautiful litter, she, together with both Motson and Mimi, are first and foremost our pets, enjoying long walks 365 days of the year in all winds and weathers, stretching out in front of the log burner on cold winters' evenings.
